The importance of play.
Make time for play.  what is play? An activity that's satisfying, has no economic significance, doesnt' create social harm, and doesnt' necessarily lead to praise or recognition.  Play is not merely idle time; it's an opportunity to experiment with new interestes and draw closer to other people.

My Twelve Commandments

3 Tips for creating your own set of happiness commandments:
-pay attention - some of your commandments may have come from other people; which words repeat themselves; what offhand comment have you found unforgettable
-fight the urge to be too comprehensive- commandments help most when reviewed daily, it helps to keep the list short and snappy (12 may be too many...maybe you only need "be yourself" or "there is only love"
-each persons list will differ- "Say Yes" might be a terrible addiction to one person, who tends to over commit ( so me), think about yourself, your values, your strenghts and weeknesses, your interests.
